Paria Katie Rad is a Partner at Woitzik Polsinelli LLP, where she exclusively practices in real estate law. She advises clients on a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financings, refinances, and complex title issues. Known for her practical approach and attention to detail, Paria is committed to ensuring transactions close efficiently while protecting her clients’ interests at every stage.
Paria obtained her Juris Doctor with Second Class Honours and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. Over the course of her career, she has successfully closed thousands of real estate transactions and developed particular experience in navigating complex legal and transactional challenges.
Prior to joining Woitzik Polsinelli LLP, Paria practiced at a well-respected boutique firm in Toronto, where she refined her skills in sophisticated real estate matters. She later returned to her hometown to continue her practice at a firm in Pickering, strengthening her connections within Durham and York Regions.
Paria currently serves as Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Durham Region Law Association, reflecting her leadership within the legal community and her dedication to advancing professional standards in real estate law.
She frequently speaks at seminars and hosts webinars on emerging issues in real estate law and is passionate about mentoring fellow lawyers. Paria maintains an open-door policy and is always pleased to assist with real estate law inquiries.
