About
Jaimin Panesar joined Woitzik Polsinelli LLP (‘WP’) as an associate in the Real Estate Group in 2025. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Toronto Metropolitan University before graduating cum laude from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law with a Juris Doctor.
Prior to joining WP as an associate, Jaimin completed his articles with the firm, where he assisted in all aspects of residential real estate transactions in addition to assisting in general litigation and estate planning matters. After being called to the Ontario bar in 2024, Jaimin practiced at a respected boutique firm in Whitby, where he handled commercial and residential real estate transactions and assisted with estate planning and administration matters.
Jaimin is committed to providing thorough and effective legal services tailored to each client’s goals. His attention to detail, practical approach, and responsiveness allow him to support clients through each stage of a transaction with clarity and confidence.
In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, refereeing hockey and spending time with his family and friends. Jaimin is an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Manchester United.
