Real Estate Fees

Standard Residential Sale Transaction

$999 plus HST

Plus Law Society Transaction Levy $65 plus HST and the cost payable to Conveyancing software provider.

Standard Residential Purchase Transaction

$1,299 plus HST

• Plus the cost of title insurance (variable depending on the purchase price – we can obtain a quote for you upon request);
• Plus the cost of the registration of a deed (approx. $84.23) and a mortgage, if applicable (approx. $84.23);
• Plus the Land Transfer Tax (variable depending on the purchase price – feel free to use our LTT calculator here.);
• Plus the Title Search Fees.  
• Plus the cost payable to Conveyancing software provider 

This includes fees and disbursements and one institutional mortgage. 

New Build Condominium Occupancy Fee

$500 plus HST

Residential Refinance Mortgage Transaction

$895 plus HST and disbursements

Our commitment to you – these are our fees for residential sales and purchases. In the event we need to incur any additional costs on your behalf because of something very unique about your transaction, we will contact you in advance of incurring those costs and seek your approval before proceeding any further.

Wills and Power of Attorney Fees

For a couple, we charge $975.00 to create wills and powers of attorney. For individuals, the fees are $750.00 for both your will and power of attorney. We also handle a variety of estate matters and estate administration services. The fees for estate matters will vary depending on the specific circumstances, and the services provided.
